Welcome to the website of Troon Cruising Club which is situated on the South East side of the inner basin of Troon Harbour which we share with Troon Yacht Haven, a fully serviced 400 berth Marina.
The Club provides around 120 moorings to members for sailing and pleasure craft up to 36 feet in length, with the majority of these being provided along the East Breakwater and the balance on the Island Pontoon and other moorings to the South East nearest the Clubhouse.
The current Clubhouse was built in 1980 and has been continually upgraded and improved to provide a comfortable meeting place and social venue for the benefit of the members.
The Club was set up in 1955 and as stated in the Constitution one of its main aims was:
“To actively promote sailing as a sport in all its aspects, to encourage the active and ongoing participation of the members in the activities of the club.”
